Simone Berno
Matter, Time, The Oneiric
Simone Berno's artistic practice is rooted in a rigorous exploration of matter, time, and perception, developed independently of the fast-changing trends of the contemporary art market.
Over more than thirty years, he has built a distinctive visual language in which the physical transformation of materials, the passage of time, and the viewer's experience of space converge.
His work moves between the dreamlike imagery of Surrealism and the structural principles of Cubism.
